By accessing victortennis.com, contacting us, or booking coaching, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services or have the consent of a parent/guardian. We may request proof of age or consent at our discretion.

3. Services

We provide private tennis coaching at agreed locations. Availability, formats, and pricing may vary and can change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary for safety or operational reasons.

4. Bookings & Payments

• Session bookings are confirmed once we acknowledge your request and agree on time/location.
• Fees, packages, or promotions will be communicated before you confirm your booking.
• Payment terms (timing/method) will be shared upon confirmation. Late or missing payments may lead to cancellation.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Short-notice changes may be chargeable.
• If a session is unsafe due to weather or court conditions, we will move indoors (if available) or reschedule without penalty.
• No-shows may be charged in full at our discretion.

6. Conduct & Safety

• You agree to follow all safety instructions from the coach and any venue rules.
• You confirm you are fit to participate. If in doubt, consult a medical professional before training.
• We reserve the right to stop a session if conduct or conditions are unsafe; fees may remain payable.

7. No Guarantees

Coaching is personalised, but results vary by individual effort, fitness, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or match results.

8. User Content & Feedback

If you share feedback, testimonials, photos, or other content with us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for coaching improvement and marketing (unless you withdraw consent where applicable). You must own the rights to anything you submit.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, graphics, branding, training materials) is owned by or licensed to Victor Tennis Academy and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

10. Testimonials & Marketing

With your consent (where required), we may use your testimonial, first name/initials, and images for marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using our services, you also agree to our privacy practices.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the session(s) giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Victor Tennis Academy, its coaches, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or misuse of the services.

16. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, venue closures, strikes, acts of government, or network outages.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
